Job Summary
As a Technical Account Manager – Analytics, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Edge’s analytics products for financial institutions. You will work directly with customers to configure solutions, interpret risk analytics, and ensure a seamless go-live. This role requires experience in consumer lending, including underwriting, risk, and loan origination workflows, to bridge the gap between our technology and our clients’ operational needs.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver measurable results for our customers and ensure long-term adoption of our solutions.
